About the Home
First Floor: Beachfront Bliss
The first floor greets you with a cozy living area, complete with a kitchenette, laundry room, and half bathroom. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms are also located on this floor:
Bedroom 1: Two Queen/Queen bunk beds with a private en-suite.
Bedroom 2: A King/King bunk and a Queen/Queen bunk, featuring breathtaking beach views, walkout balcony access, and a private en-suite.
Step outside to the private beachfront pool and furnished deck, where you’ll find sun loungers, a Kamado Joe charcoal grill, and a cornhole setup for endless outdoor fun. For added convenience, the luxury indoor elevator makes navigating this spacious home a breeze.
Inside, the custom home elevator makes moving in and out of the home a snap, also perfect for those with mobility issues.

Second Floor: Open Living and Panoramic Views
On the second floor, the main living area, kitchen, and dining room await, opening up to a walkout balcony with stunning ocean views.
This floor also hosts:
King Room: A private en-suite bedroom with a luxurious king bed.
Queen Room: Another bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite.
Additionally, a half bathroom is conveniently located on this floor.

Third Floor: Comfortable Accommodations
The third floor offers three more beautifully decorated bedrooms and a second laundry room with an additional washer/dryer set:
King Room: A private en-suite bedroom on the streetside.
Queen/Queen Bunk Room: A streetside bedroom with a private en-suite.
Master Suite: A king-sized master suite on the beachside, featuring a private en-suite and a walkout balcony with endless beach views.

Fourth Floor: Entertainment and Relaxation
The fourth and final floor is a haven for fun and relaxation. A spacious loft area with a fully equipped wet bar provides plenty of entertainment options, including a foosball table, pool table, card table, and shuffleboard game.
The last bedroom, also on this floor, includes:
Bedroom 8: Three Queen/Queen bunk beds, a comfortable sitting room, a shared en-suite with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub, and a walkout balcony with unobstructed ocean views.

Additional Features:
Elevator: A convenient indoor elevator connects all floors, perfect for guests with mobility concerns.
Heated Pool: Enjoy the heated pool, which can be warmed up to 85 degrees. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to use this feature during your stay as an extra fee is charged for pool heat @$50 per day.
Direct Beach Access: Step onto the sand through your private boardwalk.

"The Sandcastle" requires a 7-night minimum stay during the following check-in/check-out periods:

2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday)

About the Area:
The Sand CASTLE is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, Close to Rosemary Beach and 30A, but also an easy drive over to Pier Park and all of the Fun that PCB offers. Ideally situated in an area with no high density, so the beach is never overrun. This laid back escape provides pure Bliss and is incredibly well stocked with ample cookware, and everything you need for your week at the beach.

weekend to weekend only in summer and spring break.
25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property.
No college, party, or spring break rowdy crowds. Don't even ask.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
