Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

25 or older to rent. Absolutely no college or party groups. Named renter must be occupying the condo for the duration of the stay.
No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use anywhere on Aqua property
Summer and peak spring break seasons may have longer required stays of up to 6 nights, just ask.
Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site.
