Brand new tile throughout the condo, and generous windows bathe the living area in light. 1611 offers comfortable seating for the entire crew, with a leather sofa and 2 recliners to really kick back and relax. The generous gulf front wrap around balcony is complete with sitting and table area that is accessed from either the living area or King size master bedroom with luxury ensuite bath. This bedroom has cable.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and coastline view of the ocean and has cable as well. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle and a set of bunk beds (twin over a twin) , and each bedroom has its own Tv, cable, and bath.
Sunrise beach offers parking under the building, and guests can have up to 2 vehicles per stay. The pool and amenity deck is elevated with 2 pools, hot tub, splash play park area and amazing views from this private pool area.
Sunrise Beach is within a mile of pier park with its restaurants like Margaritaville, and its entertainment and shopping and so close to Gulf World park where you can swim with the dolphins!
Sunrise is directly beside Sharky's and within walking distance to at least a dozen restaurants. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just a mile away and even close to putt putt and go cart tracks. It is the perfect location on the beach.
