Parking for this unit is limited to one space only per Calypso HOA Rules and Regs. Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
