This 23rd floor unit is at the top of the list, with amazing sunsets, and views for miles of the entire ocean line on a clear day! You simply cannot get a better unobstructed view anywhere on the gulf coast. Top floor, well equipped, modern, and comfortable, and incredible views for days.
  2. The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm, upscale furniture package, porcelain tile flooring throughout the unit, custom lighting in Dining Room and hallway, updated ceiling fans (with wall dimmer/speed control) and new wall mounted TVs in every room.
  3. Breathtaking gulf view and access from both living area and master bedroom.
  4. The living area is spacious with tasteful furnishings and artwork, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, and high-speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can even be converted to a queen size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living room area is a wet bar.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Central Time / Check-out: 10:00 AM Central Time, Maximum occupancy is 8. Min. age of primary renter is 25. Children welcome, Parties/events not allowed.  Pets (including service and emotional support animals) are not allowed, and No smoking, Vaping or any tobacco products allowed inside of unit or on the balcony.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
