BARRING DELAYS, COMPLETION IS EXPECTED IN JANUARY 2025. WORK WILL CONSIST OF INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE BUILDING REQUIRING RECOATING. DURING THIS PHASE, THE UNIT BALCONIES ARE ALSO BEING GROUND DOWN TO BARE CONCRETE, CLEANED, INSPECTED AND RECOATED. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
