🚗 Parking: A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per reservation. Parking passes are $50 plus tax per vehicle per stay. Passes can be purchased at AquaParking.net or the 3rd-floor kiosk (a convenience fee applies).
Important Notice for Fall/Winter 2024-2025 Guests:
Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will resurface balconies for units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, balcony access may be restricted, and window views could be obstructed. The western outdoor pool will also be closed, but the eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. Please contact us to confirm how this may affect your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
