After a fun day on the beach, take a dip in your private heated pool – ideal for cooling off or unwinding in the evening. (Heated pool available for an additional fee.)

Inside the cottage, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable layout designed with families in mind. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee bar to fuel your mornings. The large living area offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together, with stunning views of Jamaican Lake, your private pool, and even a glimpse of the ocean!
The house features 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with room for small children to sleep on the spacious sectional sofa. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, two closets, and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom also has a king bed and direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a cozy queen bed and easy access to the shared bath.

Enjoy the outdoors with a two-tiered dock where you can bring your kayak or paddleboard, fish, and watch the turtles. Fishing and kayaking on Jamaican Lake are a must for outdoor lovers, and you’ll love the relaxing atmosphere of this private oasis.

Additionally, smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted on the property.

Responsible adults only. Our neighbors are friends and we want to keep it that way. We live and work in the area, and have been in the rental business for over 28 years.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
