Be among the first to enjoy this artfully curated, and lovingly decorated unit. It is truly an exceptional property. 

Located on the first level(second story) this unit offers an expansive 26 ft balcony with commanding views of the gulf, sand, and sunsets. 

Ramsgate Condos are NEVER CROWDED.. Private, secure, comfortable, and clean. Easy beach access. Perfect spot for relaxing within close proximity of Rosemary Beach and Pier Park.. But in the crowds of neither. 

The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops.

Brand new flooring throughout, NO CARPET..

The living room features a oversized sectional sofa, a large flat screen television and great views of the Gulf.

The master bedroom has a brand new King bed ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and offers exceptional views of the gulf. 

The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and access to the second bath. 

The living room sofa has a brand new sofa (not a sleeper) that can sleep another guest. 

Living room has cable.....bedrooms are set up for streaming service only.

This low density property, is NEVER crowded, and is ideally located just 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and just a few miles from Pier Park.. Get the 30 A experience, with the convenience of PCB.

This rental includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella every day of your stay from March-mid October; weather permitting.

The price includes 1 parking pass. Parking passes are $35 and if a second pass is needed can be purchased from the HOA for $35.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
